Sweets, Hyperacidity and abdominal fat, and tips to get rid of..
Have you suddenly developed a craving towards sweets? Do you feel a burning sensation in your upper part of the stomach? Do you feel heaviness in your tummy, with a lot of belching? Well you may be suffering from Hyper-acidity. And there is a very simple solution to get rid of it - that is, if you are sincere for just a few days. Here it goes:-
(a) Tonight, have two big glasses of water before you go to bed.
(b) Tomorrow early morning, have one full glass of plain water first.
(c) Then mix one table-spoon each of lime juice and honey in a glass of luke-warm water, and drink.
