Tell Me Why: Why Do Pigs Roll in Mud?

Pigs roll in mud to keep cool because they do not sweat. The mud also protects the pig from insect bites and acts as a natural sunblock to keep them from getting a sunburn!

your wrong!!!

it keeps them from "exploding"!!!!!!!!!!

Very clevah!

Actually, all pigs roll in mud except pigs in Canada. You can't get a sunburn there- and that would be the source of Canadian bacon! lolol*snort*lolol*snort*lolol*snort*lolol

What about Pigs

What about pigs who detest the mud, preferring to stay clean and dry in the sun, hence turning bright pink (well...pinkER) from sunburn? Would their bacon be extra crispy?
