I read this much and stopped reading.
U Can not, shoul not donate blood more than once in 3months for males and more than once in 4 months for females.

Donating blood every 3-4 months is actually advantageous, but over doing it is Harmful for both your body and Patients body.

Twice a week, comeon, its a human, not some kind of fruit to take out juice...
