This article supplies to its readers ten reasons for exercises as shall be seen later.
Regular
exercise being an integral part of physical fitness is very important and necessary for proper growth and development of an individual. It can be broadly categorized into aerobics and anaerobic exercise. While aerobics exercises are such that take place with plenty intake of oxygen and are aimed at keeping and working the heart and lungs to an effective discharge of their duties anaerobic exercises are carried out without necessarily involving a lot of oxygen intake nor working the heart or lungs and can be done only for a short period of time.
1. They lower the risk of heart attack for those who are dedicated to them.
2. Exercises help people who are prone to stress in managing them properly and effectively.
3. Stretching exercises like yoga help in making the body flexible.
4. Exercises help in the loss of body weight and staying fit by burning calories.
5. Special exercises help in increasing physical body strength.
6. Exercises make the heart and lungs stronger.
7. Exercises can be fun and can make one feel good at all times.
8. Exercises help in the bringing out of beauty of body structure.
9. Exercises help younger children, teens and other older persons to develop strong and healthy bones.
10. Exercise help in the toning and strengthening of muscles.
