Terence Mckenna explains that the psychedelic experience is the catalyst for open-minded thinking that can change the world. He sets forth a simple idea that would drastically improve the well being of the planet. I'm sure no idealist would ever suggest that such an idea become law. It is only an example of forward thinking mentality in the face of destruction.
