Our Fixed Attitude towards Military and Militancy is its Cause-Mumbai, Media and Terrorism-II

Social crime and violence, as robbery, cheating, threatening, stealing, all kinds of crime against children and women, online scamming and frauds, mafia, gangsters, smugglers, deceiving, riots, racism, housebreak, bank looting and other kinds of social, family and individual levels of crimes have terrorism as the climax of it. We cannot separate one from the other as the one, who attracts any of theses is prone to attract the other negative traits easily. If we slowly learn to co-exist, these minor crimes may not lead to militancy. This co-existing needs affinity, the Law of Affinity.

For it, we may ask ourselves a few questions. Are we really children of Earth, who serve and work for nature and people? Our answer is mostly positive for it, and no doubt we happen to believe it in all matters. While considering human, society and nature, we seem in dire need to review our faiths and beliefs if what we believe to do 'right' is really doing the welfare of human, life and nature to claim that we are the true citizens of earth. No doubt, we are the true citizens of our native places and the counties, but what about earth and nature remains a personal issue.

You see among us, the military persons has a cause to fight for nation, so they are conditioned for it in the same way as the militants are done, while we know it as the conditioning or brainwash. The youngsters, who steal to have their needs fulfilled or drugs taken may lead to greater crime, is not it. This conditioning or brainwash-hypnotism, mesmerizing or black-magic or whatsoever we may name it are present even from the times when we read about the Garden of Eden. The Adam and Eve were innocent, but after Satan gave them the apple they ate it, we all belong to the same human race and rest of the story is clear.

The brainwash is present in many forms in human life from ages. The media is playing such a horrific role in promoting the militancy and terrorism that most of the youth and other people in the world are developing hatred towards one another.

The hatred breeds hatred as love breeds love. The terrorists are treated as if a separate community from the world and more security measures are giving greater failures as it was in 11 September in USA and now 27 November in Mumbai (India). The common people have no say in the world security as few representatives make all the decisions. They hold the full control on the media and create the images.

The world seems to be paradise of diseases, drugs and weapons, which has the games of hide and seek, which the kids play while creating two characters. This conditions them to reject certain actions, while allowing killing the militants and villains in the video games. This seems a world of toys, were Barbie cries alone.

We have to feel that many bad incidents can make anyone of us a militant or criminal. The brainwashers use this negativity to promote their power, possessions and progress, which is not the development of our world civilizations. I would humbly give an excerpt from the novel, “A Sensitive Peace Lover” for you to read. It takes some other aspects that are similar to terrorism and militancy. Here it goes as follows:

“Wow, you’re right; you see I feel that we seek to see the individual behaving in a conditioned way, I mean the way we expect to see in accordance with the image we’ve formed for the person. It doesn’t allow the person to react differently. This seems suppression of creativity that we may be blocking just because we block our reactions towards an individual behaving differently at some occasions and moments; I mean the situations. If a sad person laughs, angry shows courtesy, brave cries, compassionate ignores the practice of affection, person usually showing awfulness expresses wonder, and so on, all makes us rigid emotionally as if we’re seeking no change within us and others, isn’t it,” he said.

“Yaw, I agree. No doubt, we thus have habits, which resist change and it appears to us that we’re right in doing so, as habit lacks creativity and we don’t want to accept that we’re not creative, isn’t it,” I said.

“Exactly, that is why I don’t believe in misbehavior being the image of an individual, rather it seems just a reaction in which the emotional energy overflowed, like in an urge as if emotional behavior without the touch of mood and lacking the proper or relevant use of the compass of intellect. The overflow of emotions isn’t a bad character; it’s the level of susceptibility to change just by small compass, isn’t it?” He said.

“Well, I understand what you mean our positive behavior and right frame of mind is like a compass for others. We seem to teach, the compass doesn’t teach, it simply gives the direction like option. We usually believe that option and choice is the same thing. Therefore, we seem to teach how one should feel, but it doesn’t seem possible. You know, the people with same options have different feelings. Our attempt to make children feel the way others feel doesn’t seem the right way. You see we can’t imitate the feelings, but the behavior is an imitated practice of an individual. Then how can we understand the causes of delinquency and what we label as bad character?” I said.

“Well you see we need to bother about the feelings that the labeled children would have. I believe that we accept it that the youth with any delinquency enjoys it. The touch of delinquency seems to keep an individual in one mood that whenever one repeats enjoys. For example, the angry young man would enjoy the feelings of anger all the time. We accept, act and react to person’s just one pet mood that is of anger. We ignore the person at that time believing that one would cool down after some time. It’s as if one taking alcohol would behave normally in the morning. We make a sacrifice by adjusting with such a fellow. This sacrifice is escaping from the duty, isn’t it?” He said.
He said it to me as if I have taken lots of alcohol.

“Well, you know, you sometimes appear to be overemphatic. I can’t digest this idea. How can we compare anger and alcohol?” I said.

“All right, you see, here’s the point. He’s not overemphatic; it’s a one of the ways to draw other person’s attention with richness of concentration. This is part of counseling, I see, OK; keep going I just want to listen and will speak when I feel so,” she said.
