The 2008 Presidential Election: Resources To Help You Decide Between John McCain and Barack Obama

As of this month (August) most broad polls Have John McCain and Barack Obama running neck and neck for a term in the Oval Office. Everyone has their own opinions on the election issues, and I am no different. I don’t have a specific party loyalty and prefer to base my votes on facts rather than emotion; however, reliable facts are often hard to come by. Media seems to be the best source for election information, but media outlets are sometimes bias. Campaign “promises” are all well and good, but I prefer to check how those promises compare to the candidates’ voting records. I have put together a list of articles and websites to help you research the candidates to help you make up your mind on the presidential election and/or help you verify that what you believe about your favorite candidate is based in fact rather than fancy. I assert I have attempted to be as non-partisan in my collection of election resources as possible.
