CoffeeCoffeeOkay this is a hard one giving up Coffee. I actually gave up Coffee for two weeks, went thru the withdrawals, shakes, irritability, headaches (EGADS). Well I backslid (lead me not into temptation I can find it all by myself).
I just can't abide Decaffeinated Coffee. I want to give up Caffeine, so I can feel better for they claim this is just another drug we put in our body to give us a perk me up. I got to looking at all the things I would have to give up to eliminate Caffeine, Chocolate, Soda, Tea, I guess that will leave me with Fruit Juice and Water well I guess that's a good thing.I quit again today, but oh how I hate the withdrawals. I do know one thing when I gave it up last time and got over withdrawals I did feel better.Therapy is too expensive, so I will just grab the bubble wrap its cheaper.Well I'll add this I'm now in my third day and its getting easier.

I have been detoxing for three days. No caffeine, no alcohol, no processed foods. I've been living basically on organic fruit, water and lemon juice.

There are people whose deaths I am plotting over the caffeine thing. Even as I type this, I am looking at my water bottle and I am mad at it because I want it to be coffee.

But the plus is that my skin is glowing, my problematic sinuses are clear as day and I lost 6 pounds!?!?! So I guess all is not lost.

Good luck!
