The Flat Belly Diet - Does It Really Work?
posted July 9, 2008 - 2:11pmThe flat belly diet is based on eating monounsaturated fat. Combined with the right type of exercise this will burn fat. However, you can not not point reduce fat, it's just not possible without methods like liposuction. I'd say the flat belly diet program works just fine, but a diet based on monounsaturated to achieve fat loss is nothing revolutionary or even new. The flat belly diet seems like a concept based on the same stuff we've heard a million times before only with a slightly new wrapping. That doesn't mean it doesn't work. In principle fat loss is simple ,burn more calories than you consume, In practice it's not that easy and to keep your fat percentage down over time is even harder. However, the flat belly diet is based on permanent changes in lifestyle and diet and that's what it takes.
