The Ghost Hunters (TAPS) Investigate Their Largest Reportedly Haunted Building Yet

Well, I thought the Wavery Hills Sanatorium was gargantuan, but evidently the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, West Virginia puts it in the shade, size-wise.

Whether it does the same, spirits-wise, has yet to be determined by Scifi.com's Ghost Hunters, who have made it the locale of their latest paranormal investigation.

And the locals are excited.

Jason, Grant, and the rest of The Atlantic Paranormal Society crew had barely hit town before fans and para-freaks began following them around. (I confess I would have been leading the pack.) The curious and obsessed were appeased with the promise of a 'meet-and-greet' scheduled on the asylum grounds for March 25th -- mark your calendars!

The Trans Allegheny episode is slated to air this May, and I will be waiting with bated breath to see what these intrepid and no-nonsense New Englanders turned up at the massive site.
