The History of Chocolate

Just in time for Valentine's Day, Chocolate: The Exhibition is opening Feb. 9 at the Great Lakes Science Center in Cleveland.

The exhibit explores the human fascination with chocolate, and examines the cacao plants that bring it to us as well as its history, products and culture.
