The Importance of Natural Vitamins & Minerals to Our Health 1
Our nutritionists and health experts always tell us to eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday. They tell us to start eating and living healthy. This is by avoiding fatty foods, junk foods, foods with high sugar and sodium content. If possible, to eat wheat bread instead of white bread, white meat instead of red meat, and the list goes on. I may not be a health expert but based from my experience, I myself can say that eating healthy has many benefits. Yes, food is tempting and there are times we can't say "No". We can indulge ourselves sometimes with our cravings but it is better if we add fruits, vegetables and fish in our diet. It is not bad to eat meat, food preparations with cheese and eggs, but moderation is the key. These foods including some others, if eaten too much, will result to weight gain or even health problems. I listed below some of the reasons why we have to do so.
