The riding helmet issue is a long and strung out argument. Many people believe it is your own choice, and while I do agree, wearing a helmet is the safest option.

Every time you choose not to wear your helmet, you are putting your life in danger. Even if you are on the safest horse, you never know when they will trip and fall, or when something scares your horse and you fall off.

One of the most common arguments is that helmets don't look cool, or cramp your style. This is not true, at all. They have new helmets aimed towards western riders that have a cowboy hat that goes over the helmet. They also have better fitting helmets for english riders.

There is no need to put your life in danger for a little bit of style. Safety first! Every ride, every time!
