The "New" and so not improved Myspace

Ok, I will admit that the very first website I type into the URL box when I'm online is Myspace. After not having been on for almost a month, apparently a lot has changed. For example, apparently we now have what are called "Applications," which are various different interactive quizzes, surveys, etc. Now, the idea itself is generally decent, but I do feel that I am being bombarded with quiz results and add ons through bulletins and emails from everyone who takes or adds them. Even my "home" myspace page shows updated information regarding the myspace profiles of my all my friends. I would prefer not having every 24-hour myspacer's updated information regarding the new classes they are taking or the new background they found for their page, cluttering what used to be a nicely organized and accessible page. Now I'm squandering more time trying to get past all that garbage to just see if there's anything more important to me. Blah. Anybody else feel this way too?
