I'm not exactly sure what the message is but it has something to do with oil and fuel prices and funding terrorism. The Nozzlerage website seems to promote hybrid car technology and alternative energy initiatives. The video is entitled Attack of the pump and it's actually pretty funny

Don't be a victim, RIDE your bike! I think... cuz at the end you can hear a bell from a bike (I have one that sounds just like that on my bike here in Europe)
So in other words quit driving cars, and start biking :)
..... that is my guess
