You know... I do consider myself a pretty solid Christian for most parts. In no way do I consider myself perfect or above anyone in anyway. I feel that I am a pretty Humble person aside from my smart allec remarks about my good looks. (ask My girl).
I usually try to stay pretty much in tuned with The Lord and His Will for my life thru constant prayer, and a daily reading of my Bible.
However... I in no way had any idea that Babylon ( www.atlastours.net/iraq/babylon.html )was originally located in Iraq. At all??? A friend of mine who is a Pastor in the making brought a few things to my attention the other night and pointed out how the late Saddam ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saddam_Hussein )had started rebuilding Babylon. His efforts were obviously halted when Georgie decided to step in and eliminate him. Yet from what I understand, the U.N. ( www.un.org/english/ )is handing over very HEFTY investments to assist in bringing a New Age Babylon to life. Makes me wonder how far in Revelation we are living. Anyhow... just another one of my daily Thoughts... I'll be back thru out the day with others... so Keep an eye out and give a little feed back.
