The Perfect Gift for any Patriots Fan

The Perfect Gift for any Patriots Fan

I must admit, I'm not a New England Patriots fan anymore. I guess I never forgave New England for changing the Patriots Logo to the current hideous skeletor-looking thing that they boast on their helmet nowadays.

Back in the Plunkett days, I used to own all kinds of Patriots jerseys and t-shirts, caps and such. I thought they had the coolest logo in the entire NFL.

Ahem. Then, the Bucaneers came, and I thought they had a cool logo, too, but that's another gripe for another day.

Anyway, even though I've totally lost it for New England, when my family asked me what I'd like for Christmas, one of the items I requested was a New England Patriots Throwback t-shirt.

A Throwback t-shirt? What's a throwback t-shirt?

Basically, Patriots throwback merchandise are items with the vintage Patriots logo on them.

If a vintage shirt like this would satisfy a non-Patriots fan, imagine how satisfying it would be to a bigtime Tom Brady fan! So, in the spirit of Christmas, I give a gift suggestion for those in New England who are still looking for something for Dad.

Also, in the spirit of Christmas, I truly wish for you that some team beats New England and ruins The Patriots hopes for a perfect season. (grin)

The Sweetest Revenge

I think the Dolphins and Giants suck enough that the Patriots could rest their starters and still win out. I bleed Cowboys blue, so I am not particularly a fan of the Cheatriots. What I would really like to see (aside from my Boys in the Superbowl) is for the Patriots to win every game except for the Superbowl because that last loss will always be an asterisk next to their perfect season. The easiest way for any team to beat the Pats is for the refs to flag Randy Moss for offensive pass interference because he constantly pushes off the DB's when he scores touchdowns. By the way, the first thought I had when I saw the title of your article was that the perfect gift for the Patriots is a better hidden video camera so they won't get caught filming signals next time. Maybe they already have one, so that probably wouldn't work. Click here if you have something to say and want to get paid to say it!
