The Return of the 80's

So here is the lastest fashion trend that should be banned immediatley. Thats right the 80s have returned somewhat overnight. I received no warning, did not see it coming, and was shocked by what I saw.
Leggins have returned. Not just leggings, its leggings with poofy hair white sunglasses, huge sweater, off the shoulder wear.
Did we not see this before. This style look vaguely familiar. I did that style. I made that style. I tried to block that style out.

I see these teenagers in their 80s fabulous look. They think they are so cool and hip. Ya right. I want to go up to them and say.... honey I see you. And that look, I invented it.

As long as nothing polyester from the seventies comes back, we should all be safe. Kat

Yeah, but if we endure the 80s for a while maybe I can wear flannel and corduroy again when the 90s come back. Is it wrong that I still have my old flannel's stashed away? I think not...

Well to be honest,

Well to be honest, regardless of how much people talk about fashion has change an dthe new millenium, blah, blah. We have always copy everything from the 70's and 80's. Not only on fashion, but also on music. For example Britney Spears "I can't get no satisafaction" in her second CD. That son was is fron The Rollingstones. Jennifer lopez has a lot of all songs fro the 80's even the rapper Eve. I have a co-worker who is about 30 years older than me, he starts listening to some songs and I'm like oh J-Lo sings that, he looks at me and says, "Are you kidding me, this The Tempatations or Donna Summers I don't know" but is always someone else.
