I cannot stress more stringently the need for paranormal investigators and supporters alike to stop posting pictures of illuminated dust particles and IR illuminated bugs as "ghost photos". It takes what little faith we have built with the skeptic community and flushes it away as effectively as the fraudulent mediums of the Victorian era did. When taking photos (especially in areas that are laden with dust) it is important to note the air condition at the time of the photo and to make sure that when you evaluate that photo later to take this into consideration.
Before leaping to the conclusion that the water-spot appearing sphere (or in some cases the very luminous sphere)in your photo is a sign of ghostly activity, ask yourself if this could be an illuminated dust particle or bug. ALWAYS assume the logical explanation first and only after discounting that should you begin to presume that something paranormal may be at work.
