The Trumsey Epistolary: A Letter to a (Dead?) Alexander

Dear Alexander,

Three sentences is all I’ve been allowed to give you.

(1) It was incredible to see you again, after all this time.
(2) It’s very very hot down there.
(3) I suspect we’ll all be joining you soon, no matter how deep a hole you’ve dug for yourself.

With Love,
Karen

This is one of the first letters to actually "frighten" us. Our impressions of the previous few letters is that Alexander Trumsey was killed or died in one way or another. Now, Karen is writing him a letter. Also, the paper this letter was typewritten on was a brownish color, whereas the previous letters were white with a slight yellow discoloration.

We're not making any claims yet as we haven't deciphered a way to find out when the letters were written. Like I've said before, there are no dates on any of them. It is almost as if someone knew they'd be found one day and purposely made them into a puzzle.

I am doubtful that it is a "real" letter, even though you found it.

And then I think: "What is REAL...?"

It is, regardless, a piece of a narrative, and that is always interesting.

Just use Xomba to search the term "Trumsey." There is an explanation and a whole bunch of other letters.

It is a real letter by the way, a friend and I found a collection of them.

this is so interesting... is this part of a novel you are writing? or is this an actual letter you have found? what is the context of this?

it makes me feel as if it's from a novel, which could be fiction or non-fiction, which would be mostly a collection of letters with a little bit of dialogue perhaps to help explain something but not everything....

but i really don't know. that's just what it made me think of. either way, if there is more to this, i would absolutely love to read it.
