There's A Caucus In Wyoming? Are You Sure?
posted January 6, 2008 - 1:41amThe Republican Caucus was held today in Wyoming, where twelve delegates to the Republican Convention were up for grabs. Mitt Romney won handily over a distant Fred Thompson, with Duncan Hunter getting a nod as well. The rest of the Republicans received minimal votes. For a breakdown of the voting, go to http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/state/#WY at www.CNN.politcs.com. Wyoming controls 3 electoral votes in the general election and is 62% Republican among registered voters. The Democratic Caucus in Wyoming isn't held until March 8.
