Three Free Photo Editing Software Options.

If you're wanting to try out digital photography, and would like to be able to fix and edit your photos, so they can be the best, but you don't have the money for photoshop or other more expensive software packages, you may want to check this out.

I didn't know about that one. Thanks for sharing the link. I like to mess around with pictures, do interesting effects, etc. So, I'm always looking for various programs that will allow me to play with them.
