Tina Davis, the manager of singer Chris Brown was the one who sent the infamous three page text message on Chris Brown’s cell phone on February 8, 2009, that left Rihanna battered and bruised. Tina, who turns 40 next month, is rumored to have had a relationship with Chris when he was 16.
