Ramadan is the Muslim festival which is observed in the ninth month of the Muslim calender. During this month a 30 day Fast of Ramadan is observed. There are strict restrictions placed on the daily lives of the Muslims during Ramadan. Here are some tips on what food you can eat during Ramadan to stay healthy.
