TLC Paycheck Showdown Calculator

So there is a new show on TLC called Paycheck Showdown. It is about people who think they should get paid more for the job they are doing. They then ask for a raise. You get to see them do their job, and you find out what they get paid. Is there a way to calculate how much people should get paid? There needs to be a paycheck calculator.
