Here is a link for the T-Mobile customer service website.  I have never had a reason to call upon T-Mobile customer service but have heard it is average quality.  The site provides the user with online support which is always good... testing it now... it takes forever to load... in fact it never loaded, maybe they have a high request volume right now.  The site also provides toll free service number.
