Today I had a great day

05/07/09
Dear Diary,
Today I had a wonderful day at school. It was SSR which stands for Silent Sustained Reading, so today I really didn't do much, but, read. First period was boring. Second period, I printed out my banner for mother's day. I don't like how it looks. The background I used looked blurry when it was printed.Whatever.After, I went to tape the pages of the banner together. I did the first two or three, I have to finish tomorrow. I can't wait to bring up my bad grade in that class. Anyways, continuing on, today was a day 3 which means that I don't go to my 3rd period. In my school, we are on the rotator schedule. I am happy though, that I didn't have to go to that class. It's psychology, that should be enough to explain why I don't like it. Fourth period is where school starts to get interesting. First, let me just say, I love that class unlike my 3rd period. The teacher is great, and the work is easy. I have English 4 which means that this is the last english class I have to take in high school because I am a SENIORRR!! OH YEAH!! Okay back to my entry. So, I'm sitting down in class after returning from getting my prom ticket and receipt and I ask this girl for her study guide on Tunnels of the Sky, this book we are reading. She gives it to me, but, before I turn around to face forward and copy her answers, she asks me a question. She asks me "Are you going to prom?", I said yes. " Who are you going with?", I said "with some friends" and then she repeats it to the guy behind her. I look at him and he asks me "What did she say?", so I tell him. Confused by it all, I turn around in my seat, and do my work. The problem I have here though, is I don't know if she was telling him that because he likes me, or for another reason. I seen him after school and I'm sure he saw me, but, he didn't say anything to me. I'll just have to wait and see if he says anything to me on Monday. Why not tomorrow? It's a Day 4. I'm sure if he liked me or wanted to ask me to prom, he would tell me or ask me. I'm not sure but, he is cute. He's half black half peruvian. Okay, that's the end of that. Remember how I said I got my prom ticket? Well just before I went to get it from this lady's office, I seen my friend Kenny. He seen me too and instead of walking to where he was going, he waited for me to get to him so I can give him a hug. I love his hugs. Haha. So I got a Kenny hug today, that's what I call it. Let me see, from everything I wrote so far about my day, I'd say, 3 good things happened to me. The incident with the girl and guy in my fourth period, then my Kenny hug, then finally getting my ticket to prom. Sounds like a good day to me. Now, to end this diary entry or this story as I would say, when I got to fifth period, my crush Sean was there. I gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek and then we talked. I asked him why did he cut his hair? and told him that I didn't like it shaved, and then I asked him about grad bash (senior trip) and told him about how I got my prom ticket. If anybody read my first blog entry "Prom" I think I mentioned that my crush asked me to go with him and his friends. Then sadly, our conversation had to end because class was beginning, but, I loved how he ended it, he said should I get a tux to prom? I probably should right? I looked at him and said yeah, smiling. He's great. Sixth period, I SSR, and then slept. No big thrill there and then Seventh, took a quiz, went over homework and talked about todays homework assignment. I have to write in spanish a recipe for my favorite meal and for extra credit I have to make the meal and share it with the class. So that's what I get to do tonight. I have to wait for my mom to get here from work, so we can go to the supermarket and get cooking. I have to make atleast 30 something empanadas. The english term for it is patalittos. I don't know how to spell it. It's delicious especially the way my mom makes them. Well, that was my wonderful, terrific, boring, exciting day. I hope whoever reads this, does not get too bored with my details or stop reading because it's too much. Please let me know what you thought about it. Thanks.
