It's pretty amazing that Tony Blair actually agreed to do this. I suppose it was because of Red Nose Day and everything but this would never fly with George Bush.

What is 'red nose day'? I've never heard of it before. It is pretty cool that Blair agreed to do this bit, though I missed some of the slang.
