Too much or lack of sleep a health risk!
posted May 9, 2008 - 3:14amAccording to a new study, people who sleep less or sleep more are likely to become obese. There has been some links between irregular sleep and bigger bellies. Included in the study is the link of higher smoking rates, less physical activity, and more alcohol use for light sleepers. This study was based on surveys among 87,000 U.S. adults from the year 2004 to 2006 which was conducted by the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
