Tornado Potato - How to?

What exactly is a tornado Potato?

These are not special potato. They are just normal potato that everyone can get from the market.

All you need is a spiral cutter, and you need to skewer it the same time as you cut. Next is just to fry it and sprinkle your favorite flavoring on it. Like Barbecue powder, chilli powder, onion and cheese, etc...
