Tortilla Soup: Quick, Cheap, Delicious!

A quick, delicious meal that can be served as a main dish or side dish. This recipe is easy to double or modify according to your tastes.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® condensed tomato soup
1 cup Pace Picante® salsa
1/2 can (15.25 oz.) DelMonte's® whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 can (15 oz.) Sun Vista® black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can sliced olives
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup cubbed chicken
2 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Mission® Guacamole flavored tortilla chips

Combine tomato soup and salsa in medium sauce pan. Heat on low. Add in corn, black beans, sliced olives, green onions, and chicken. Warm through.

Spoon into individual bowls and top with grated cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. (Add chips to soup as you eat to keep them from getting soggy).

Vegetarian version: leave out chicken

Build-your-own version: serve soup with add-ins dished up separately so everyone can use them according to their individual tastes.

Use the other half cans of corn and beans to make this delicious meal again in a few days!
