Toys are beautiful miniature models of living beings, baby, boys and girls, grown up men and women with various kinds of professional and domestic costumes. New born Baby:

A new born baby just needs nutrient food in the form of mother’s breast milk and her body warmth besides a triangular cotton cloth to wind around the hip to cover the genitalia. The very first and foremost toy for a small baby is the rubber nipple inserted into the mouth of a crying baby. This rubber nipple is to close the mouth and satisfy the baby’s thirst for breast milk.

The baby in the cradle needs a merry go round,a toy making ringing noise to spend the time watching and hearing. Some people make use of a toy-drum with two strings and balls attached to them. Grown up boys and girls:

The grown up boys and girls like to have indoor and out door sport appliances like carom and chess boards, shuttle cocks, ping pong and badminton rockets. Cricket bats with gadgets and foot balls and shoes are inevitable playmates for all grown up boys. Girls turn to make up sets and ornaments, besides cell phones and video games.

Video games:

Video games have taken the hearts of boys and games as they give real life simulations. They make them glue to the computer chairs for a long time; many children get addicted to these computer games. They wish to play and win in their games. But these video games have won them with entertainment totally taking their money, time and energy.

You can see toys as big as dinosaur and dolphins too in artificial Jurassic parks and oceans. These make the boys and girls enjoy a thrilling experience with their gigantic sizes and movements.

There are beautiful toys or dolls sculptured out of stone, wood, metals and plastics having no moving parts. Some have limb and neck movements alone. Some toys will have mechanical movements and fast actions with spring loaded power. Many of such toys are now replaced by electrical and electronic power and control with computerized commands with a remote switch.

Robots Attract all to toy games:

You get robotic toys which are made to say ‘hello’ with the children. They move based on the children’s command to perform small jobs and play games too. They are Japanese inventions that entertain most children and adults of all ages.
