Train Engineer Was Texting As He Ran Stop Signal Killing 25

We have all seen drivers on cell phones driving erratically BUT a train engineer in Los Angeles has taken this inconsiderate and dangerous behavior to a new high - killing 25 people. According to CNN, the engineer was texting as he passed through a stop signal. What next, a mid-air collision between texting pilots?
