Trekking to Mt. Everest base camp

Trekking is an outdoor activity, generally an elongated journey, embarked for excitement, experience, expeditions and fitness also. Trekking often refers to multi-day hiking trips through rural, often rugged territory. It usually takes place on trails in rural wilderness. Trekking provides the great opportunity to feel nature from near. I consider, from trekking, I can accomplish the experience of managing difficulties, obstacles and fun; an experience that can be applied to practical life in the future. So I choose to trek to Mount Everest to get lot of experience and expeditions. One might wonder at the idea of taking the troubles of spending days in the mountain trails when we already have sophisticated fitness tools and technologies for health maintenance and lots of artificial places to get adventure experience. The reasons are ample, and each one appears as charming as the other. I wish for the trek, which is so natural. And they could all be expressed to run in the ideal harmony of the principles of Science of Creative Intelligence (SCI).

I have preferred to choose a topic a "Journey from Katmandu (capital of Nepal) to Mount Everest (highest peak on earth) base camp" in this essay just to merge one of my precedent trekking experiences in the skewed stuff of the essay. It gives me an boundless enjoyment when I bring to mind the kindness of innocent deprived mountainous individuals wearing clothes in frayed dress, fine-looking green jungles, white mountains like smiling teeth, clear water creeks making up a lovely melody with the chirping birds, and calm charming that could be seen all around. The more I got to see it, the more I appreciated it. The sweet memories of the past always motivate me to arrange for the next trek. It works the way gravity attracts the mind towards the pure field of pure Creative Intelligence indicated in Maharishi explanation of the nature of the Creative Intelligence. In the Science of Creative Intelligence, we have learned that when ones mind settles to a liberated situation, it is naturally attracted to the path where it can experience thoughtful comfort. And that is in essence nothing but the field of pure Creative Intelligence.

Trekking is a gentle foot outing in the wilderness whereas enjoying the stunning conception of nature. As described by the physiologists and experienced personally by me the advantages from trekking (kind of hiking) are natural and assorted. You just keep making the progress in your move and acquire the benefits in the natural and spontaneous means, the same manner as the Transcendental Meditation(TM). Trekking gives a refreshing experience and makes one healthier and charming. As your mind enjoys nature, far away from the noisy and hustling city life, your mind is more relaxed and buoyant. The entire soul becomes cheerful and one really feels lively. This in turn has an overall blissful effect. Every time I go on a trip, I experience that I am more concerned with the nature and I see increased charm. The very thought of enjoyment of trekking is so nice that it attracts you like a magnet. That's why, trekking has an increased charm as the SCI comprise.

One of the principles of SCI that advocate the movement of the mind towards the pure field of science of Creative Intelligence is "A Comfortable Ride". This basically implies that your mind does not really feel the experience of a bumpy ride while you transcend deeper into the pure field of CI while meditating. Trekking has comparable aspect. On one thought, one might say trekking to be an activity with less adventure and more of troubles than pleasure. Wrong!!! There's no question of troubles, unless you are rigid at your so-called "urban etiquette". A person who is rigid at these thoughts will have hard time over and again everywhere. Some of my trekking trips involved traveling by foot hungry for hours in the wild terrain. Surprisingly, there's no realization that your are hungry as your nature keeps you entertaining. On one account, I met a poor family after an exhausting ascent traveling all the way. They were very straightforward simple people who instantly offered us water and fired corn to eat (that is all they had). In Nepalese culture, a guest is considered to be incarnation of god and people treat guests with utmost courtesy. "Atithi Devo Bhava(Sanskrit phrase for Treat guest as god)" is what we say. We city dwellers never bother, rather try to avoid receiving guest, but those people were so good hearted that they offered food to strangers despite their severe poverty. We knew, they didn't have much to offer to us but they did treat us at their best. Moreover, they refused to receive any money for the food and hospitality! However, we knew how much important is money for them and hence we persuaded them to take some money in return. I ever wonder if there could any thing more pleasant than this one. If there is a tough uphill descent, there's the nature to soothe your tiredness; if there is sweat, there's fresh air to dry them up; and the most important of all, you get to experience the nature. Meeting such caring and loving people, I feel so comfortable. So, despite the tiredness, I consider it to be a comfortable ride.

I take trekking as one of my ardent hobby. I have a sincere admiration for this action and that is motivation why I have chose the topic for my essay. SCI is a new science that has come to my life since sometime. And I do have experienced signs of positive changes in me after practicing the Transcendental Meditation. Hence, it has turn out to be quite appropriate to recount the two beautiful things in my life. I have developed my essay within the structure of 3 major principles of the SCI, i.e., the principle of gravity, the principle of increasing charm and the principle of a comfortable ride. And I think I was able to show a relationship most considerable part of the two, though not entirely.
