Truth About Abs Uncovers: Workout Designed for People to Busy to Exercise

We live in a microwave society where it is common for most people to work 40 to 60 hours a week, which leaves little time for the simple enjoyable things in life. Exercise either falls off the to do list or it is scheduled in at the cost of sacrificing time which could of spent with friends or family. The Truth About Abs program founder Mike Geary has come up with a priceless revelation for people who are just too busy to exercise!

There is finally a work out that caters to individuals with a busy lifestyle, who find little time to go to the gym or even for people who attend a gym regularly but for one reason or another find it hard to get there. Now there is a way to fit exercise into your busy day while you are at work!

This is a real legitimate exercise method which will save you time because you won’t have to sacrifice time before or after your work day. The extra time that you save can be used to spend time with your neglected friends and family or you can engage in some other hobby or favorite past time. One of the best benefits involved in this workout is that it will give you a nice new appearance, without having to spend long grueling hours at the gym.

So you must decide if you are ready to take on the challenge? The process is simple once you make the commitment to do it. Ask yourself if you are ready for the ultimate change? I mean a change where your family and friends will have to look twice because they just can’t get over the new you. They will marvel at the obvious changes that your body will make in just a small amount of time.

Let me tell you about this workout regimen, it is a bit out of the norm because of its simplicity, but don’t let that fact deter you, if you are consistent you will see results. Now you may find that people will react strangely to your new work out because depending on your work situation they may see you in action. However when they see your results they will soon want to follow in your footsteps and they may even want to join in with you.

Here is the basis of the workout:
• You will work out 6 to 8 times in a day for 2 to 3 minutes at a time.
• You will work out for five days a week

With this plan it is not necessary for you to go to the gym multiple days out of the week for weight training and you don’t have to do cardio for an hour or more each day.
This regimen requires you to perform body weight exercises at two to three minutes each six to eight times per day. You can work do one two minute workout each hour during your work day and rest during your lunch hour. For example: if you work from 8 to 5pm Monday through Friday, you would do a mini workout at 9, 10, 11 rest at 12 for lunch, then another at 1,2,3,4 that would be a total of seven small workouts for the day.

If you are a busy stay at home mom, it will be quite easy to fit these exercises in between your daily house chores and these workouts can be done in the privacy of your own home.
Now if you work in an office then you will have to put your ego aside and perform your regimen in front of your co-workers, hopefully they will join you, but if not then that is okay. You will get the last laugh when you waltz in with a new rock hard body within a few weeks. The main objective is to try and get as many of these mini workout sessions in as you can , it’s okay if you miss some of your workouts in any given day, but if you do it is important to get back on track and stay as consistent as you can.

Here are some suggested exercises to do during your day which are relatively simple and can be done without the use of any equipment, just your own body weight:

• Walk up and down the staircase (if available)
• Walking lunges; forward & reverse
• Squats
• Pushups
• Lying leg thrusts
• Ab bicycles
• Floor planks
• One legged dead lifts

If you are uncomfortable getting on the floor you can stick with the exercises that allow you to remain on your feet.
These mini workouts are great for those who are time crunched or work an 8 hour day because it allows you to increase your heart rate, work several muscle groups, speed up your metabolism, burn calories, with just two to three minutes of each hour for six to eight times per day. All of that and you don’t even have to break a sweat, and you don’t even need to take a shower. The best news of all is that when you get off of work, you don’t have to take time to go to the gym because you have already had your daily workout. You can take that extra time and devote it to something else.

Give this method a try for a month and you should see results, of course you eventually will hit a plateau once your body gets accustomed to your regimen. When this happens simply alternate this regimen with another workout plan and then once some time has passed you can mix these mini workouts with another routine.

This method is different but it works, remember don’t worry about the people who may have a negative opinion about your workout style, the tables will turn when they see your results.
