Two stocks to treasure while others dump shares

The end of the third quarter has come to a close, and many mutual fund managers will be looking to sell their losing stocks for the year. Vulcan and Suntrust Bank are currently two of the worst performing stocks on the S&P 500 year-to-date, and they both may outperform the market in the 4th quarter.
