UFO Sighting? You Decide.

This is a video of a possible ufo sighting.
They have first displayed the video in real time.
Then point to a place in the video to look at so that you could see a flashing black mark in the video.
After that, they slow it down to frame by frame to what looks to be a flying saucer of some sort.
Check it out and see what you think.
