UltraMet Lite from Champion Nutrition - Easy Weight Loss

I decided late this summer to start shedding a few pounds. I am not too much over weight - maybe 20 pounds at the most. With this office job and working on the computer all day, it is hard to get much exercise, not to mention avoid opportunities to snack!
What I have started doing that is very effecitve for me is, drink a meal replacement shake in the morning and then plan to eat a sensible lunch. Dinner would remain about the same as usual.
I tried a few shakes and finally settled on my brand. Champion Nutrition, Ultra Met Lite. You mix Ultra Met with water and the shake is a 16 ounce, rich tasting, stomach filling 190 calories. Believe it or not, this has now held me over until NOON most days! I used to bring yogurt and fruit and string cheese that added up to almost 500 or 600 calories...it was good sensible food but, it was calories!
Now that I have done this, I have lost half of my extra weight in less than 2 months. Since it is gradual weightloss, I am sure I can keep it off. Just stick with my morning shake!
