Unfair sentencing

A man wants to leave: he is fed up with an older woman, he cannot take her anymore and wants to leave her.Two days later, the woman goes to police.
Now he is locked up in the prison of Avenal, California: he has been accused of crimes he never committed by a crazy witness, during a farce trial.
It is really difficult to end a relationship, but it seems it coul be dangerous too.
