Well, I first started out several years ago, adding Irish Cream Coffee-Mate to my homemade sweet potato pie. Forget the pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving, and go for the sweet potao pie! The Irish Cream not only gave it a wonderful distinct flavor, but it made the pie creamy as well. Just a side hint, I also add a bit of Real Maple Syrup as well.

Then I had this brilliant idea one day  to use the Irish Cream Coffee-Mate with peaches and  pound cake. I took sliced canned cling peaches and put them in a bowl. I then poured the Irish Cream over the peaches. i let them set awhile to soak some of the Irish Cream up. I then took the mixture and placed on top of a piece of pound cake. Wa la, a fancy dessert on a budget! Go ahead, and experiment with all different kinds of fruits and Coffee-Mate flavors! I bet the French Vanilla would be awesome with raspberries!

Recently, my newest and best idea, was  making gourmet hot chocolate with Belgian Chocolate Toffee Coffee-Mate. Yes, it's to die for, and for chocolate lovers only! I will never go back to plain hot chocolate ever again. You can also add Coffee-Mate Hazelnut, or Amaretto to make your hot chocolate taste just like a chocolate covered hazelnut or almond. Another variation is adding the French Vanilla to taste just like a chocolate covered creme drop!

Yes, these are but a few of the ideas and recipes using Coffee-Mate Creamers to make your life a little bit sweeter. You know, The Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays are just around the corner. Impress your guests with gourmet hot chocolate, or a decadent peach pound cake. Just don't tell them how easy it was to make!
