There she sits
wondering what she should do.
Trapped in her thoughts,
she feels there's no way out.
Her emotions run high
with confusion and doubt,
so she sits, not knowing what to do.
I can look at her and love her
and others can tell her she's strong
but I think she's done.
Her legs want to carry her away,
not very far, just to the other side of herself.
