upcoming season premiers
posted August 16, 2006 - 1:18amFall is always welcoming after a boring summer television schedule because networks began their battle of season premiers. Along with already favorites returning back on the air, news shows also get a chance to vie for viewer attention.
Some of MY much anticipated premiers are listed below:
1. 'Til' Death' on Sept. 7 at 8p.m. on Fox- A comedy that compares the lives between a newlywed couple and a couple who have surpassed the honeymoon phase in their marriage.
2. 'Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip' on Sept. 18 at 10 p.m. on NBC- Matthew Perry's new show about what goes behind the scenes of a "SNL"-type show.
3. 'The Office' on Sept. 21 at 8:30 p.m. on NBC
4. 'Grey's Anatomy' on Sept. 21 at 9 p.m. on ABC
5. "Six Degrees" on Sept. 21 at 10 p.m. on ABC - A look at six people's lives and how they are connected somehow to each other.
6. "Heroes" on Sept. 25 at 9 p.m. on NBC - Random people from around the world discover that they have supernatural talents.
7. "Lost" on Oct. 4 at 9 p.m. on ABC
8. Nip/Tuck on Sept.5 at 10 p.m. on FX
I'm kind of peeved because I am a fan of The Office, CSI and Grey's Anatomy...and they are all on Thursday at around the same time. What a predicament!! And although I'm very turned off about how Lost has turned out towards season two, i must admit that i'm still rooting for the show and hoping that it will be more focused in the new season to come.
And let's not forget, 24 will return to us in January.
