Lori Drew is facing several counts in federal court. Prosecutors say Drew set up a fake account on the popular social networking site, posing as a 16-year-old boy "Josh" in order to cyber bully Megan Meier.

Meier hanged herself in October, 2006. Los Angeles US Attorney Thomas O'Brien had this to say at a press conference:
