If one were to choose the most glamorous Olympic event, ff there's one sports that is guaranteed to bring instant stardom to the winner, its the Men's 100 metres race. The run to decide the fastest man on earth. And then there's Usain Bolt of Jamaica.

Usain Bolt was primarily a 200 mts athlete. HE turned to 100 mts to increase his speed. And then turned the race on its head. There are two phases to Bolt's career. One pre May 31, 2008, the other post May 31, 2008. For that was the day Bolt ran the 100 mts of his life. In an incredible 9.72 beating Asafa Powell's record of 9.74.

Here's the video of Bolt's world record

This is Bolt's second Olympics, he won the 200 mts silver last time. He along with Asafa Powell and world champion Tyson Gay will be competing for the 100 mts crown. Bolt will run the 200 mts too and stands a real chance of scoring an incredible double.

Here's Usain Bolt's complete profile.

@MamaMia|Most of the Bible Goes Like This

Do everything you do to fulfill the Divine Will, and you are blesséd. Maybe you're blesséd if you only are lucky enough to be fulfilling the Divine Will, but knowing that you're fulfilling the Divine Will gives you the power to continue fulfilling the Divine Will (even when fulfilling the Divine Will seems 'stupid'). Fulfill the Divine Will, and all these things will be added unto you ('these things' being THE BLESSING given by God's covenant to`r children). That's the boiled-down Bible. If you want it with all the B.S. you gotta throw in to make it taste purty (Name(s), dates, specific events, etc.), BibleGateway is a good starting-place. ...Does Uncle MythMan know you're still awesome-like-the-2008-Olympics? or is`e just commenting here to hear *your* comments on http://is.gd/22wY http://is.gd/1fSs http://is.gd/1fRghttp://is.gd/1fSe & http://is.gd/1fSj ??? @ma,tap\Inner Dialogues Shouldn't END Harsh

They start out fierce-and-biting, but are meant to be met with resolution and reasoning. ... signed, Uncle MythMan---Big Fan of the 2008 Olympics, Megan Fox, Laur. Franco, Fussin`, Vanessa Montagne & Lena Li--Xombie Plan

Heh Myth

Unfortunately, I have not read the bible - joyfully, sadly or forcedly! but i mean to some day - maybe you can guide as to how, which version, where available for i am sure if i google just bible, the choices will be too confusing! My writings here My profile here

@MamaMia07\Read Your Bible Joyfully

I don't know, but it seems like you're looking at 'Reading Your Bible' the same way you would look at 'Reciting Your Multiplication-Tables' or 'Folding the Towels' or 'Walking in Line'---all things that are actually good to do, but that are thought of as 'things you do `coz ya` HAVE to!' So a piece of my message here is that YOU DON'T HAVE TO read your bible! That's a natural law: after the age of 10, you can only read your Bible if you WANT TO. Oh, you might FORCE children over the age of 10 to read their Bible; but they won't then take the Word as it was meant to be taken. Instead they'll take it like gross medicine. And indeed you should often give, 'Read Your Bible,' as the answer to most questions (giving 'book-title' and 'chapter' when you can think of one); make 'Read Your Bible' one of their spare-time activities (immersing them in the Word); and ask "What would they do in the bible?" when they come to you with problems. ... signed, Uncle MythMan---Big Fan of stars like Tori Spelling, Fussin`, Vanessa Montagne & Lena Li--Xombie Plan

inner dialogues are the only place, one can be harsh on self...only way i can admit "i am bad". but its too much to discuss now - its 1 am ...yawn love you all - the "real" me http://www.xomba.com/beijiong_olympics_competition_schedule http://www.xomba.com/swimming_schedule_beijing_olympics http://www.xomba.com/mens_football_schedule_beijing_olympics http://www.xomba.com/2008_summer_olympics_men

Inner dialogue

It's easy for them to be harsh... everyone has an inner critic that analyzes what they do. Some people use this as motivation to succeed and achieve things. in other people, it is a negative force and beats the person down.

How can one be harsh to himself?

Inner dialogues! How can they be harsh? One ought to motivate him/her self. Why be harsh to yourself? No wonder everyone is so confused. I am! Bare Essentials

The harsh inner dialogue of runners

"Impressive, but you should've written on the harsh inner-dialogue that haunts the very best runners" I'm a mediocre, middle-aged runner and sometimes have a harsh inner dialogue, LOL.
