Vinegar is widely used for health care, including ease of fatigue,
balance of acid and alkali in blood, stimulating digestion, function of
anti-aging, enhancing immunity of gastrointestinal tract from bacteria,
enhancing the function of renal, liver, extension of blood vessel, preventing
cardiovascular disease and diabetes from recurring, bodybuilding, loss of
weight, anti-cancer, beauty and skin care.
Vinegar is mainly composed of acetic acid, which is used as
disinfectant for good care of skin and hair. Regular rinsing skin with water
and vinegar will help soften and improve vitality of skin, because ample supply
of nutrients is essential for metabolism of skin.
Vinegar is enriched with all kinds of useful substance, such as amino
acid, acetic acid, lactic acid,glucose,fructose,maltose,potassium,calcium,sodium,iron,copper,as
well as vitaminB1,B2,B6 and other, which combines for digestive assimilating by
human body, softening blood vessel, lowering cholesterol, especially for those
patients suffering from hypertension and cardiovascular disease.
Adding some vinegar while cooking dish or soup, will undoubtedly
help assimilate calcium dissolved in soup; prevent useful substance from
