I am proud to be a member of the Xomba Hall of Fame!

I love to read, write, play with stocks (have learnt my lesson in hands on futures and forex trading), listen to oldies, watch movies (the more sentimental the better), again read (specifically Mills and Boon and more of that genre, my serious reading is often limited to Agatha Christie and PG Wodehouse!) I believe the Net is the place for learning and entertainment. i try to stay away from serious topics and controversies as much as possible here. One can say its my personal Utopia to escape to from a busy home life.

Oldies - Hindi & English; Hindi - Md Rafi, Hemant Kumar and of course Guruji Kishore Kumar; English - Country, Frank Sinatra, Julio Iglesias, Simon & Garfunkel, Beatles. If I feel mushy, woolly, wuzzy enough I listen to Air Supply.

House of Blue Mangoes (David Davidar), Interpreter of Maladies (Jhumpa Lahiri, Bourne Series (Ludlum), anything by Pearl S. Buck, bestsellers by Jeffrey Archer, Dan Brown, Forsyth, Grisham, Robin Cook and others of that genre; Georgette Heyer (I love her subtle period romances), Wodehouse, Agatha Christie, HP (Books 1 to 4), Mills and Boon, Judith McNaught, Joe Beverly...and so on and so forth.
