Occupation: Stay at home, currently home-schooling, single(ish) mommy of two, who's aspiring to be a professional author.
Hobbies: Swimming, playing with my two beautiful little girls, writing, chatting online, reading, going to the movies, having a movie and pizza night, hanging out with my friends, working on artistic endeavors (such as building and painting something I find interesting, creating a sculpture out of materials I find around the house and think would look interesting together in a specific combination, etc.), debating, studying various subjects, mostly having to do with philosophy, religion, or anthropology, gardening, fixing things, etc.
Fav. Music: I don't think I have the patience to list everything, but...
I like Pink, a couple songs by Christina Aguilera, The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Johnny Cash, Celine Dion, Third Eye Blind, The Gin Blossoms, Garbage, Fiona Apple, Evanescence, A bunch of songs sung by various artists whose names escape me at the moment, Meatloaf, etc. etc. etc.
Fav. Movies: There are far too many to list, but I'll put down a few that immediately come to mind; The Princess Bride, all movies having anything at all to do with Batman or Catwoman, Red Sonya, all Conan, All the Terminators, All the Alien movies (though the second is my favorite), all the Predator movies, Most of the Superman movies, Actually, just most of the super hero movies (Fantastic Four, spiderman, The Incredible Hulk, X-Men, etc.), A Walk to Remember, Armageddon, Benchwarmers, Just Friends, Just Like Heaven, Pillow Talk, and on and on the list goes. LOL, I'm pretty darned eclectic.
Fav. Books: Whatever tickles my fancy at the time, to be honest. I liked the Harry Potter series, just about anything written by Christopher Pike, and a million other books that correlated with my mood at the time I decided to read them. :)
Fav. TV shows: Charmed, CSI, Cold Case, Without A Trace, That 70's Show, Law and Order, Buffy and Angel, Family Guy, Futurama, House...
Bio: The other day, a friend of mine saw me sitting on my front porch, leaning back in my chair with my eyes closed. He asked me, worry eminating from his voice, if I was okay. I opened my eyes and replied, "Yeah, I'm fine, I'm just relaxing." His response was, "Oh. Well, I've never seen you do it before, so I didn't recognize it. But, it's good to see it." I just laughed at him then. As I make out the lists on this profile though, I'm kind of seeing where he was coming from there. LOL.
