I am one who gets, if any, very little REM sleep (clinics I have been and discovered it is neurological issue) and therefore have a predisposition to aggressive exercising. I like moving heavy things, there is something fundamental about picking up a heavy object and setting it down again. Sounds odd but is true...atleast for me. I am a runner and cyclist. I am an outdoor kinda fellow. Canoes and Kayaks are fun as is mountain biking in the woods... Even when one must move like the Devil to get away from the occasional bear or moose...and it is the moose that scare me more then the bears. I like reading and learning. If I could spend my life in academia I would not hesitate to do so. Ideally, a library in the forest near a farm by a lake and some rocky cliffs or a gully would do quite nicely

Favorite Movies:

What dreams May Come, The Fisher King, Good Will Hunting, Dances With Wolves, Dad, Bridges of Madison County, Steele Magnolias, Hero, All of the Terminator movies, the Highlander (the first one only),The Matrix, Apocalypto and so many more...I just cant think of them all...I must be getting old.

Favorite TV Shows:

I don't watch much TV. I find it steals the motivation from me. I can't find the energy to move away from the darn thing...even when I am so tired and know I should go to bed, I still sit in front of it. If I do watch it, I like the nature channel and discovery channel.

Favorite Music:

Sound is energy. Energy is frequency. Frequency is one of the most fundamental construct of creation. As are ideas; As are spongy solids like you and I. Therefore, I am a big fan of all musics. Some songs with in the genres are better then others but on the whole, music feeds my soul

Favorite Books:

Any of the Steven King books-the man is a literary genius, I have read so many books from so many authors; They all deserve mentioning for their own geniuses. I read everything from text book to comics. The word is flexible and powerful. I am therefore a big fan of all books. Sounds like the easy way out rather then listing a bunch of books but its the truth.
