Using Baking Soda and Lemon to Clean Your Oven

Do you know that you can add lemon to baking soda to clean your oven/cooker.

You have probably learned or you might know someone who uses baking soda to clean his/her greasy cooker/oven but do you know that you can obtain better result if you add fresh lemon juice to it. Its cheap and non toxic.

So you know about the baking soda but then why lemon. Lemon contains natural lemon oil and acid which boosts the effectiveness of cleaning. Besides lemon easily dissolves grease and leaves a natural fresh scent around the kitchen. That’s why it is an effective cleanser for cooker/oven particularly.

Before starting cleaning allow your oven/cooker to cool completely. You don’t want to burn yourself; do you?In a recipient mix 2/3 tablespoon of baking soda powder with one quarter glass of

water . Take a fresh lemon, cut in half and squeeze the lemon juice in the water and baking soda powder and make a paste not too thick.
