Veggie Wraps

I make this meal all the time and it is one of my favorites. Everyone who has tried it also loves it, even children. It's a great way to get them to eat their vegetables! It's very easy to make and very tasty!

What you will need to make this delicious meal:
• Medium Saucepan
• Small steamer
• Cucumber
• Green pepper
• Tomato
• Donair sauce
• Grated mozzarella cheese
• Whole wheat wraps (or whatever type you prefer, I prefer whole wheat)
• Muchrooms
• Carrots
• Black pepper
• Onion

Chop equal amounts of each vegetable and mix together in a bowl. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan, and insert steamer. Pour veggies in steamer and leave on medium heat until veggies are soft. (Approximately 30 minutes)

Remove pot from burner and remove veggies from steamer and move into a bowl. Mix grated cheese, black pepper and whatever other spices you like and Donair sauce and mix until cheese is melted.

Place veggies in wraps and secure with toothpicks.

This makes an excellent meal for the entire family or mid-day snack. Also, great as a second day meal. Just place the leftover steamed veggies in the fridge and wrap them up the next day!

Enjoy!
